Ivy Odom graduated first in her class from L'Academie de Cuisine Culinary Arts program in 2016. She began her career in the former Time Inc. Food Studios as a Fellow. Ivy gained extensive experience in recipe testing and development during her time in the test kitchens and carried that expertise over to the video department, where she began making food video content for multiple brands in 2017. Upon the success of Ivy's first food videos, she was asked to host the Hey Y'all video series for Southern Living in 2018. The series has evolved and expanded to cover all aspects of Southern food and culture across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat. In addition to on-camera experience, Ivy has gained extensive knowledge in video production, shooting, and editing for social media platforms. Ivy was the host of the nationally syndicated television series, The Southern Living Show, and has represented the brand on TODAY, Good Morning America, The Kelly Clarkson Show, CBS Radio, and other local news and radio stations. She shines on-camera and off, and represents Southern Living at multiple cooking and lifestyle demos across the Southeastern US.
